Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We are very serious about quality control. We have experienced QC and QA. QC inspection is done partially in-house and in partnership with other subcontractors. Proficient, skillful and responsible technicians and production staff are given training to perform quality control analysis.
Quality Control Procedures
We have experienced QC and advanced inspection machine to do the income inspection according to the international inspection manual and customer's requirement,any worse yarn or in grey would be unacceptable to begin production. QC and QA manager on the production line to ensure every worker on every machine would follow our confirmed instruction and solve any problem instantly. We do have middle inspection in the half way of the production to adjust the quality issues. We will inspect final production before shipment to ensure that production without any quality issue.

Machinery and Equipment Used
Our factory has more than 80 sets of knitting machines made in Germany, Singapore and Taiwan. We use the latest raw materials available in the market, especially yarns. After much studying, they develop a fabric with regards to pattern and composition.
